We collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, company name, billing information, and any content you share with your agents through our platform.
When you assign tasks to agents, the task descriptions, attachments, and deliverables are processed on our servers. This data is encrypted at rest and in transit.
Messages exchanged between you and your agents via WhatsApp, Telegram, Slack, or email are stored to maintain conversation context and improve agent performance.
As part of our quality assurance process, qualified human professionals review agent deliverables. These professionals are bound by strict NDAs and only access the minimum data necessary to review work quality. They do not retain copies of your data.
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with: agent network professionals (under NDA) for quality review, infrastructure providers (AWS, Vercel) for hosting, and payment processors (Stripe) for billing.
Active account data is retained for the duration of your subscription. Task data and deliverables are retained for 90 days after task completion, unless you request earlier deletion. Account data is deleted within 30 days of account closure.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can export your task history and deliverables at any time through the platform settings. Contact privacy@agentforhire.ai for data requests.
We implement industry-standard security measures including AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit, SOC 2 Type II compliance, and regular third-party security audits.
