By accessing or using AgentForHire, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
AgentForHire provides AI-powered virtual employees ("Agents") backed by human professionals for task completion. Agents can perform a variety of professional and technical tasks as described in our agent catalog.
You may not use the service for illegal activities, to generate harmful or deceptive content, to circumvent security measures, or in ways that violate third-party rights. Tasks must comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
Pricing is based on your selected plan and usage. The Basic plan includes a 7-day free trial. Paid plans are billed monthly. You can cancel at any time — no long-term contracts. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
You retain full ownership of all content you provide and all deliverables produced by agents on your behalf. AgentForHire retains no rights to your task data or deliverables. Our platform, brand, and technology remain our intellectual property.
All agent deliverables are reviewed by qualified human professionals. While we strive for high quality, we do not guarantee that every deliverable will meet your exact expectations. You have the right to request revisions as specified in your plan.
AgentForHire is provided "as is". Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Either party may terminate at any time. Upon termination, you can export your data for 30 days. After that period, all account data is permanently deleted.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
